AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Two Thousand Dollars ($82,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for High
Meadow Road Storm Sewer (Frontenac 2-2) (11217) in the City of Frontenac, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Frontenac,
Missouri to provide financial assistance for drainage improvements on flood-prone properties.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Two Thousand Dollars ($82,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek for High Meadow Road Storm Sewer (Frontenac 2-2) (11217).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement with the City of Frontenac, Missouri to provide financial assistance
for drainage improvements on flood-prone properties.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 14, 2013.
