AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) from the
Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for the General Services Agreement - Sewer Design
(FY2013) Contract C (11781) throughout the District, and authorizing the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract #20028 with Shalom Services Corporation for General Services Agreement - Sewer
Design (FY2013) Contract C (11781).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for the General Services
Agreement - Sewer Design (FY2013) Contract C (11781) throughout the District.
Section Two: The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract #20028
with Shalom Services Corporation for General Services Agreement - Sewer Design (FY2013)
Contract C (11781); said contract shall provide for a fee not to exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars
($90,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 14, 2013.
