AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for general construction management
services for General Services Agreement - Construction Management (FY2012) (10612) and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 under Contract No. 10679 with ABNA
Engineering, Inc., for the aforesaid construction management services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13283 adopted August 11, 2011, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 10679, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for general construction management
services for General Services Agreement - Construction Management (FY2012) (10612).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 2 under Contract No. 10679 with ABNA Engineering, Inc., for general construction
management services for General Services Agreement - Construction Management (FY2012)
(10612); said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by
the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 2013.
