AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Seven Hundred
Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($725,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for Stormwater Infrastructure
Repair/Replacement - Deer Creek OMCI (11842) at various locations throughout the Deer Creek
Subdistrict.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13442, adopted August 9, 2012, appropriated the
initial funding, and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars
($725,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for Stormwater Infrastructure
Repair/Replacement - Deer Creek OMCI (11842) at various locations throughout the Deer Creek
Subdistrict.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 8, 2013.
