AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Netelligent
Corporation for the hardware, software and professional services to upgrade the District’s
existing Cisco Unified telephone system.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
the Netelligent Corporation for services on behalf of the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall
commence on October 1, 2013 and is comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Accordingly, this ordinance shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on September 12, 2013.
