HomeMy Public PortalAbout13726ORDINANCE NO. 13726 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for electric utility pole relocation in Gravois Trunk (Whitecliff to RDP) Sanitary Relief Phase III (SKME-521) (10496) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren-Missouri for the aforesaid project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for electric utility pole relocation in Gravois Trunk (Whitecliff to RDP) Sanitary Relief Phase III (SKME- 521) (10496), in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren-Missouri for electric utility pole relocation in Gravois Trunk (Whitecliff to RDP) Sanitary Relief Phase III (SKME-521) (10496), in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 10, 2013.
