AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary Treasurer on
behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with St. Louis
University for cost sharing for CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure - St. Louis
University Sustainable Improvements to Campus (P-29866-00) (11987), and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13709, adopted September 12, 2013, appropriated the
funding for this Green Infrastructure project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to enter an agreement with St. Louis University for CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure – St. Louis University Sustainable Improvements to Campus (P-29866-00)
(11987), said agreement shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved
by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The proposed Ordinance was adopted on December 12, 2013.
