AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20096 with
Gaehle Grading, LLC for the construction of storm sewers in Patterson Lane #480 Storm Sewer
(Infrastructure Repair) (10734), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13648, adopted August 8, 2013, appropriated the
funding for this storm construction project.
WHEREAS, the bid for said storm sewer construction is Thirty Three Thousand
Three Hundred Six Dollars ($33,306.00) and the allowance for construction change orders and
other project expenses is Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars ($9,294.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20096 with Gaehle Grading, LLC as the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of
storm sewers in Patterson Lane #480 Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) (10734), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of December, 2013.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 13, 2014.
