AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) from the
General Fund to be used for CCTV Inspection of Sewers (2014) (11810) throughout the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service area, and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract No. 20126 with ADS Environmental Services, LLC for CCTV Inspection of Sewers
(2014) (11810) throughout the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) is appropriated
from the General Fund to be used for CCTV Inspection of Sewers (2014) (11810) throughout the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service area.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20126 with ADS Environmental Services, LLC for CCTV Inspection of Sewers (2014)
(11810) throughout the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service area, and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 13, 2014.
