AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Eighty Five Thousand Dollars
($85,000.00) from the General Fund for property appraisal services for General Services
Agreement - Property Appraisal (FY2013) Contract A (11782) and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Amendment No. 1 under Contract No. 11025 with Przada Appraisal Services, LLC, for the
aforesaid property appraisal services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13528 adopted November 8, 2012, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 11025, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund for property appraisal services for General Services
Agreement - Property Appraisal (FY2013) Contract A (11782).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 1 under Contract No. 11025 with Przada Appraisal Services, LLC, for property appraisal
services for General Services Agreement - Property Appraisal (FY2013) Contract A (11782);
said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office
of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 13, 2014.
