AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 13593 adopted March 27, 2013 and
enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Executive Director of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 13593 adopted March 27, 2013, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Executive Director shall be One Hundred Eighty
Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($189,625.00), per annum, payable in equal
bi-weekly installments, on and after December 28, 2013.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 9, 2014.
