AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 13541 adopted November 8, 2012
and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 13541 adopted November 8, 2012 is hereby
repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be One Hundred Fifty
Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($153,750.00), per annum, payable in equal bi-
weekly installments, on and after December 28, 2013.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 9, 2014.
