HomeMy Public PortalAbout13808ORDINANCE NO. 13808 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20129 with TGB, Inc. for pump station improvements for Bissell Pump Station (BP-105) Sluice Gate Removal and Replacement (11956), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13646, adopted August 8, 2013 and Ordinance No. 13785, adopted February 13, 2014, appropriated the funding for the pump station improvements. WHEREAS, the bid for said improvement is One Million Five Hundred Fifty- Four Thousand Two Hundred Eleven Dollars ($1,554,211.00) and the allowance for construction change orders and other project expenses is Ninety-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars ($95,789.00), and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20129 with TGB, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder for pump station improvements for Bissell Pump Station (BP-105) Sluice Gate Removal and Replacement (11956), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th day of February 2014. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on April 10, 2014.
