AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to F.M. Global Insurance Company
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess Flood & Earth
Movement Insurance coverage from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. F.M. Global Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of
Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Flood & Earth
Movement Insurance coverage from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 12, 2014.
