AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million One Hundred Fifty-Three
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars ($1,153,453.00) from the General Fund for the
Permitting and Plan Review Implementation; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13811, adopted April 10, 2014 authorized the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into said contract with Accela, Inc. for the Permitting and Plan Review
Implementation.
WHEREAS, due to a scrivener’s error, the appropriation language was omitted
from Ordinance No. 13811, adopted April 10, 2014, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Four
Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars ($1,153,453.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for
the Permitting and Plan Review Implementation.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on May 8, 2014.
