AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($950,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois
Creek to be used for costs associated with negotiation and/or condemnation for the acquisition of
necessary property rights from Easement Acquisition for Gravois Creek OMCI Projects (12403)
throughout the entire District.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($950,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for costs associated with negotiation and/or negotiation for the
acquisition of necessary property rights from Easement Acquisition for Gravois Creek OMCI
Projects (12403) throughout the entire District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on July 10, 2014.
