AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for Villa
Coublay Dr. #11 and 15 Storm Improvements (Frontenac 7-7) (11237) in the City of Frontenac,
Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an intergovernmental agreement under
Contract No. 20168 with the City of Frontenac, Missouri to provide financial assistance for
construction of storm sewer improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek for Villa Coublay Dr. #11 and 15 Storm Improvements (Frontenac 7-7) (11237).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement under Contract No. 20168 with the City of Frontenac, Missouri to
provide financial assistance for construction of storm sewer improvements.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on July 10, 2014.
