AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($5,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and One Million Five Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the General Fund for Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined -
FY2015) (11773) at various locations throughout the District.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($5,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and One Million Five Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the General Fund for Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined -
FY2015) (11773) at various locations throughout the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 5, 2014.
