AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Million Dollars
($5,000,000.00) from the General Fund for construction of Green Infrastructure for CSO Volume
Reduction Green Infrastructure (11146) at various locations in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13709, adopted September 12, 2013, appropriated the
funding for this Green Infrastructure project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The sum of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund for construction of Green Infrastructure for CSO Volume
Reduction Green Infrastructure (11146) at various locations in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two: This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 9, 2014.
