AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary Treasurer on
behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with BJC
Healthcare for cost sharing for CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure - Washington
University Medical Center East Parking Garage (12574) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. _____, introduced September 11, 2014, appropriates
the funding for this Green Infrastructure project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to enter an agreement with BJC Healthcare for CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure - Washington University Medical Center East Parking Garage (12574) in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty-
Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($253,336.00) and shall be comprised of such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 9, 2014.
