AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary Treasurer on
behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Urban
Harvest STL, Inc. for cost sharing for CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure - St. Louis
Food Roof Farm (12575) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. _____, introduced September 11, 2014, appropriates
the funding for this Green Infrastructure project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to enter an agreement with Urban Harvest STL, Inc. for CSO Volume Reduction
Green Infrastructure - St. Louis Food Roof Farm (12575) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, said
agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Seventeen
Dollars ($135,017.00) and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved
by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 9, 2014.
