AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary Treasurer on
behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Land
Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis (LCRA) for cost sharing for
CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure - North Riverfront Commerce Corridor Areas 1A
& 3 (12576) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. _____, introduced September 11, 2014, appropriates
the funding for this Green Infrastructure project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to enter an agreement with Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City
of St. Louis (LCRA) for CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure - North Riverfront
Commerce Corridor Areas 1A & 3 (12576) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, said agreement
shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Eight
Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars ($1,978,828.00) and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 9, 2014.
