AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars
($360,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins
Creek to be used for project costs for Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement - Watkins
Creek OMCI (12452) at various locations throughout the Watkins Creek Watershed.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($360,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction Improvement Fund of
Watkins Creek to be used for project costs for Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement -
Watkins Creek OMCI (12452) at various locations throughout the Watkins Creek Watershed
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 13, 2014.
