HomeMy Public PortalAbout13991ORDINANCE NO. 13991 AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Two Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars ($222,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the design of Pump Station Replacement Projects (Phase I) (11701) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20205 with HR Green, Inc., for the aforesaid engineering services. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars ($222,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the design of Pump Station Replacement Projects (Phase I) (11701) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20205 with HR Green, Inc., for engineering services for the design of Pump Station Replacement Projects (Phase I) (11701) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 13, 2014.
