AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300,000.00) from the Wastewater Emergency Fund for emergency sewer repairs in Emergency
Repair #048 (Maline Creek W of Bellefontaine Rd) (12613) in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20209 with Unnerstall
Contracting Co., Ltd. for the aforesaid emergency repairs.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Wastewater Emergency Fund for emergency sewer repairs in
Emergency Repair #048 (Maline Creek W of Bellefontaine Rd) (12613) in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20209 with Unnerstall Contracting Co., Ltd. for emergency sewer repairs in Emergency
Repair #048 (Maline Creek W of Bellefontaine Rd) (12613) in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 9, 2014.
