HomeMy Public PortalAbout14046ORDINANCE NO. 14046 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 13520, as adopted October 11, 2012, renaming the Workers' Compensation Fund to the General Insurance Fund and establishing a new minimum balance for the General Insurance Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One: Ordinance No. 13520, adopted October 11, 2012, is hereby amended to rename the Workers' Compensation Fund to the General Insurance Fund. Section Two: The General Insurance Fund shall at all times maintain a minimum balance of either $500,000.00 or an amount determined by actuarial determination, whichever is lower. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 12, 2015.
