AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Three Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project
costs for Taylor - Fillmore - Harrison Sanitary Relief (SKME-502 & 503) (10121) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County and the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13607, adopted June 12, 2013, appropriated the
initial funding for Taylor - Fillmore - Harrison Sanitary Relief (SKME-502 & 503) (10121) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County and the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs
for Taylor - Fillmore - Harrison Sanitary Relief (SKME-502 & 503) (10121) in Unincorporated
St. Louis County and the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 12, 2015.
