AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Four Million Nine
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,900,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for sanitary sewer construction in FF-11 Fee Fee Creek Sanitary Relief
(10014) in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13861, adopted July 10, 2014, appropriated the initial
funding for sanitary sewer construction in FF-11 Fee Fee Creek Sanitary Relief (10014) in the
City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars
($4,900,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for sanitary sewer construction in FF-11 Fee Fee Creek Sanitary Relief
(10014) in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 12, 2015.
