AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek to be used for additional project costs for the construction of storm sewers in
Dickson Street #1033 Storm Sewer (11214) in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13867, adopted July 10, 2014, appropriated the initial
funding for the construction of storm sewers in Dickson Street #1033 Storm Sewer (11214) in
the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for additional project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Dickson
Street #1033 Storm Sewer (11214) in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 12, 2015.
