AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and One Million Dollars
($1,000,000.00) from the General Fund for Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined -
FY2015) (11773) at various locations throughout the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13880, adopted August 5, 2014, appropriated the
initial funding and contract for the infrastructure repairs.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and One Million Dollars
($1,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for Infrastructure Repairs
(Sanitary/Combined - FY2015) (11773) at various locations throughout the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on April 9, 2015.
