AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20243 with
Taylormade Construction Co., LLC for the construction of storm sewers in Moule Drive #290
Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) (10871), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13946, adopted September 11, 2014, appropriated the
initial funding for this storm sewer construction, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20243 with Taylormade Construction Co. LLC for the construction of storm sewers in
Moule Drive #290 Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) (10871), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri., pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of February 2015.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00), and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on April 9, 2015.
