AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20253 with
Above and Below Contracting, LLC for the construction of sanitary sewers in Hawkins Fuchs
Rd 5748 Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) (12069) in Unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13647, adopted August 8, 2013, appropriated the
initial funding for this supplemental environmental project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20253 with Above and Below Contracting, LLC for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Hawkins Fuchs Rd 5748 Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) (12069) in Unincorporated
St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 11th day of March
2015.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Four Thousand Dollars ($104,000.00), and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 2015.
