AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20269 with
ABNA Engineering, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Frederick Lane 82 (North)
Storm Sewer (IR) (11962), in the City of Glendale, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13442, adopted September 9, 2012, appropriated the
initial funding for this storm sewer construction, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20269 with ABNA Engineering, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Frederick Lane
82 (North) Storm Sewer (IR) (11962), in the City of Glendale, Missouri., pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 24th day of April 2015.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($155,000.00), and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the
General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 16, 2015.
