AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20258 with
Two Alpha Contracting, LLC for green infrastructure construction in Prairie #4229-4231 &
Linton #4318-4320 Bioretention (CB 3354 & 3356) CSO VR GI (11812), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13709, adopted September 12, 2013, appropriated the
initial funding for this green infrastructure construction, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No.
20258 with Two Alpha Contracting LLC for green infrastructure construction in Prairie #4229-
4231 & Linton #4318-4320 Bioretention (CB 3354 & 3356) CSO VR GI (11812), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of March 2015.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($280,000.00) and shall
be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 16, 2015 by the following vote –
Ayes –M. Yates, J. Faul, R. Berry, A. Mandel, V. Patton and R. Bonner.
Nays – None
