AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to F.M. Global Insurance Company
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess Flood & Earth
Movement Insurance coverage from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. F.M. Global Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of
Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Flood & Earth
Movement Insurance coverage from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 16, 2015 by the following vote –
Ayes –M. Yates, J. Faul, R. Berry, A. Mandel, V. Patton and R. Bonner.
Nays – None
