AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Arch Insurance Group Inc. (McGriff,
Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess Workers’ Compensation
Insurance coverage from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Arch Insurance Group Inc. (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of
Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Workers’
Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 16, 2015 by the following vote –
Ayes –M. Yates, J. Faul, R. Berry, A. Mandel, V. Patton and R. Bonner.
Nays – None
