AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Missouri Underground Storage Tank
Insurance Fund for the District’s Underground Storage Tank Insurance coverage from
July 1, 2015, June 30, 2016.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Missouri Underground Storage Tank Insurance Fund is hereby
awarded the contract for the District’s Underground Storage Tank Insurance coverage from July
1, 2015, June 30, 2016.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 16, 2015 by the following vote –
Ayes –M. Yates, J. Faul, R. Berry, A. Mandel, V. Patton and R. Bonner.
Nays – None
