A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2011 -2012 FINANCIAL REPORT
FOR YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012.
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to file a financial report to the State of Iowa Auditor's
Office for year ending June 30, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to publish in the legally recognized newspaper the
completed financial report. Upon receipt of proof of legal publishing the completed and signed report will be
submitted to the State of Iowa Auditor's Office by the City Administrator /Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0 F THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: to
approve Annual Financial Report and direct Mayor and City Administrator /Clerk to publish as required and
submit to State of Iowa Auditor's Office.
Motion made by Councilperson: Ryan seconded by Councilperson Bartels to approve Resolution 2012 -47 A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2011 -2012 FINANCIAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012
and authorize submission of report by the City Administrator /Clerk to the State of Iowa Auditor's Office.

Whereas with three affirmative votes by City Council members, Mayor Berner declared Resolution 2012 -47 A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2011 -2012 FINANCIAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012
approved and therefore affixes his signature.
PASSED AND APPROVED THE 26th day of September 2012.
