("DESIGN ND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS") OF CHAPTER 160
("LAND DEVELOPMENT") OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of
Carteret as follows:
Section I Chapter 160, Article XIV of the Code of the Borough of Carteret
Entitled "Design and Performance Standards" if hereby amended
And supplement to add a new section, 160-75.1, to mad as follows:
160-75.1 - Standard Construction Details Adopted.
The municipality hereby approves and adopts the uniform
_ construction standards and guidelines as shown on the
"Standard Construction Deal," Sheets 1-3, prepared by
EKA Associates, dated December 5, 2000, a copy of which
has been and is now filed in the Office of the Borough
Clerk and the same is hereby adopted by reference and
declared to be a part of this chapter and article. Wherever
applicable, all construction shall be performed in accordance
with the details and specifications set out in the "Standard
Construction Deals" adopted heroin.
Section 2 All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any
such inconsistency.
Section 3 If any section, paragraph, sub-division, clause or provision of this
ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any such
inconsistency.
Section 4 This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
- according to applicable law.
