A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN CO"1MISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREA -14, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING A TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1980 -1981.
WHEREAS, Section 200.065(2)(g) 2, Florida Statutes, was
amended in the special session of the 1980 legislative session by
Senate Bill 18E to allow local government to readopt and temporarily
expend in accordance with its prior year budget if a new budget has
not been adopted by the beginning of the new fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a new budget will not be adopted by October 1,
1980 by the Town Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF GULF STREP14, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. The fiscal year 1979 -80 budget by the Town Commission
is hereby readopted for the purpose of temporarily expending funds
and Resolution No. , adopted on , 1979, is hereby
adopted in its entirety by reference.
2. The expenditures authorized in Resolution
shall be in force and effect until a Fiscal Year 1980 -81 budget is
adopted.
