AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Four Million Seven
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,700,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in FF-15 McKelvey/R.R. to Adie
Sanitary Relief Phase III (10489) in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13862 adopted July 10, 2014, appropriated the initial
funding for and authorized Contract No. 20157, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars
($4,700,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for additional
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in FF-15 McKelvey/R.R. to Adie Sanitary
Relief Phase III (10489) in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
