AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) from the General Fund and Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($5,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for the repair and replacement
of manholes, sewers, and other infrastructure in Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined -
FY2016) (11705) in various locations throughout the District.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) from the General Fund and Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($5,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund is hereby appropriated for the repair and
replacement of manholes, sewers, and other infrastructure in Infrastructure Repairs
(Sanitary/Combined - FY2016) (11705) in various locations throughout the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
