HomeMy Public PortalAbout14178ORDINANCE NO. 14178 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($245,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the design of private I/I removal, and sanitary and storm sewers in Hamburg Ave to Al Claire Dr to Webmore Dr CSO L-181 (I-032) Elimination (12619) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734 with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13368 adopted February 9, 2012, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 10734, and WHEREAS, The Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($245,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the design of private I/I removal, and sanitary and storm sewers in Hamburg Ave to Al Claire Dr to Webmore Dr CSO L-181 (I-032) Elimination (12619) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734 with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for engineering services for the design of private I/I removal, and sanitary and storm sewers in Hamburg Ave to Al Claire Dr to Webmore Dr CSO L- 181 (I-032) Elimination (12619) project in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing ordinance was adopted on August 13, 2015.
