AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,600,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the design of
DC-02 & DC-03 Sanitary Relief (Brentwood Blvd to Conway Rd) Phase III (12472) in the Cities
of Brentwood, Ladue, Rock Hill, and Webster Groves, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
amend Contract No. 20202 with HDR Engineering, Inc., for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13969 adopted October 9, 2014, appropriated initial
funding for and authorized Contract No. 20202, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,600,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering
services for the design of DC-02 & DC-03 Sanitary Relief (Brentwood Blvd to Conway Rd)
Phase III (12472) in the Cities of Brentwood, Ladue, Rock Hill, and Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20202
with HDR Engineering, Inc. for engineering services for the design of DC-02 & DC-03 Sanitary
Relief (Brentwood Blvd to Conway Rd) Phase III (12472) in the Cities of Brentwood, Ladue,
Rock Hill, and Webster Groves, Missouri; said contract being comprised of such terms and
conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on August 13, 2015.
