AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with 24:1
Parkway Collaborative for cost sharing in CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure - Heart
of Pine Lawn/Northwoods Point (12659), in the City of Pine Lawn, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13129, adopted September 16, 2010, authorized the
original appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146), and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14193, introduced on August 13, 2015, appropriates
the funding for this Green Infrastructure project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with 24:1 Parkway Collaborative for CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – Heart of
Pine Lawn/Northwoods Point (12659), in the City of Pine Lawn, Missouri; said agreement shall
provide for a fee not exceed Three Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,100,000.00) and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the
General Counsel of the District.
This foregoing ordinance was adopted September 10, 2015.
