AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Million Dollars
($5,000,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for Green Infrastructure construction in the
CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure (11146), in the Cities of St. Louis and Pine Lawn,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13129, adopted September 16, 2010, authorized the
original appropriation, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund to be used for green infrastructure construction in the CSO
Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure (11146), in St. Louis and Pine Lawn, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being a supplemental appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
This foregoing ordinance was adopted September 10, 2015.
