AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($150,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of compensatory flood storage in Missouri River WWTP Secondary Treatment
Expansion (Mitigation Credit) (10465) in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of compensatory flood storage in Missouri River WWTP Secondary Treatment
Expansion (Mitigation Credit) (10465) in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
This foregoing ordinance was adopted September 10, 2015.
