AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($550,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the repair and placement of inlets, manholes,
sewers, and other infrastructure for Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement – Maline
Creek OMCI (12458) at various locations throughout the Maline Creek Watershed.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.13947 adopted September 11, 2014 appropriated the
initial funding, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($550,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek for the repair and placement of inlets, manholes, sewers, and other infrastructure
for Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement – Maline Creek OMCI (12458) at various
locations throughout the Maline Creek Watershed.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate additional funds
for the repair and placement of inlets, manholes, sewers, and other infrastructure in the
Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement – Maline Creek OMCI (12458) at various
locations throughout the Maline Creek Watershed.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
This foregoing ordinance was adopted September 10, 2015.
