AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars
($130,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
University City to be used for the repair and replacement of inlets, manholes, sewers, and other
infrastructure in Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement – University City OMCI (12608)
in various locations throughout the University City Watershed.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
University City for the repair and replacement of inlets, manholes, sewers, and other
infrastructure in Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement – University City OMCI (12608)
in various locations throughout the University City Watershed.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
This foregoing ordinance was adopted September 10, 2015.
