AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Seventy Thousand
Dollars ($70,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in the
General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2015) Contract A (11758) throughout the
District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1 under Contract No. 20217
with Przada Appraisal Services LLC, for the aforesaid property appraisal services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.14008 adopted December 11, 2014 appropriated
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20217, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund for property appraisal services in the General Services
Agreement - Property Appraisal (2015) Contract A (11758) throughout the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No.
1 under Contract No. 20217 with Przada Appraisal Services LLC, for property appraisal services
in the General Services Agreement - Property Appraisal (2015) Contract A (11758) throughout
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
